Enrique Aldunate Esquivel

EDUCATION: Mr. Aldunate studied at the University of Valparaíso. Received the law degree from the Supreme Court (2013). PRACTICE: Mr. Aldunate has experience as an attorney in litigation in all courts, highly complex crimes, and White Collar Crime matters. At the corporate level, has been a legal advisor in compliance and preventive models according to law 20.393.

EXPERIENCE: Has freely practiced his profession since April 1980. He was an external lawyer for the Compañía de Seguros Generales CIGNA (Chile) and its predecessor, INA Kappes S.A. He has experience in criminal proceedings related to bankruptcies, press, tax activity and, in general, property and economic illicit. Also, Mr. González was a consultant at the Ministry of Agriculture of Chile (1990-1994).

TEACHING: Professor of Criminal Law and Legal Clinic at various universities in the country. He was Director of the Criminal Law Department at the Universidad de Las Américas (2006-2007). He is the author of various articles on procedural and criminal matters published in specialized magazines. He is the author of several books published in Chile and abroad.

MEMBERSHIP: He was a member of the Chilean Group of the International Association of Criminal Law, serving as its secretary and treasurer.
